Website operator

Acceptance
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Purpose of the website
The website explains ProOne Group’s business setup, improvement and transformation services, industries, service areas, partner pathways and enquiry process for an Australian business audience.
General information, not professional advice
Website content is general information and decision-support material. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial-product, employment, building, licensing or other regulated professional advice. Obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional for decisions within those fields.
Enquiries and engagements
Submitting a form, receiving a reply or completing a Complimentary Business Health Check does not create a consulting, agency, supplier, partnership or other professional engagement. An engagement begins only when the relevant parties agree its scope, responsibilities, fees and other terms.
Services, fees and proposals
Website service descriptions and standard fees are current general information, not an offer capable of acceptance. A written proposal or agreement confirms the work, inclusions, timing, GST treatment, payment terms and any separate supplier, software, equipment, travel or specialist costs. If a proposal conflicts with the website, the agreed proposal governs the engagement.
Examples, experience and outcomes
Material labelled as an illustrative example, sample, scenario or founder experience is provided to explain a method or relevant operating background. It is not a current ProOne Group client case study unless expressly identified as one. Commercial results depend on the evidence available, market conditions, decisions, investment, capability and quality of execution; no revenue, profit, saving, customer behaviour or other outcome is guaranteed.
Information you submit
You are responsible for ensuring information submitted through the website is accurate, lawful and relevant. If it concerns another person or organisation, you must have authority to provide it. Do not submit confidential records or sensitive credentials unless ProOne Group has requested them through an appropriate channel.
Intellectual property and permitted use
ProOne Group owns or is licensed to use the website branding, copy, layouts, assessment structures, graphics and other material. You may view, print or save reasonable extracts for your own internal evaluation. You must not commercially reproduce, scrape at scale, misrepresent, resell or present the material as another party’s work without permission.
Prohibited conduct
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, submit unlawful or deceptive material, overload forms or infrastructure, infringe another person’s rights or use the website in a way that could cause harm.
Third-party websites and services
Links can lead to ProOne Web, government sources, professional platforms or other third-party services. Those services control their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself amount to endorsement of every statement, product or service on the destination site.
Availability and accuracy
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website useful and current, but content can become incomplete or out of date and access can be interrupted. ProOne Group can correct, update, suspend or remove website material without changing an already agreed client engagement.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, ProOne Group is not responsible for loss caused by treating general website information as a substitute for advice or by events outside its reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applying in Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes relating to the website or these terms.
Changes and severability
The current terms take effect when published. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
